Nancy Pelosi is holding out on a successful energy plan in hopes Obama wins the election, and then allow it to pass under a democratic admin., and Obama gets all the credit for repairing the problem, hence profiting her own party.

They have done what they had to, they've thrown on the breaks and stopped the system. There's no telling what the agenda is so there was no choice but to hit the emergency stop.
