Eine gute Erklärung …
Eine gute Erklärung, aber es hängt auch von der Statur des Spielers ab, wie er den Topspin zieht.
Die Spieler in diesem Video sind ziemliche Profis, spielen aber hauptsächlich mit Kraft.

if you throw too …
if you throw too much of your body into it then you might get more spin and power but you lose control. Also too much will cause your recovery time to be way too long. If your opponent blocks your “monster kill shot” then you’re pretty screwed if you’re off balance and out of position. You’ll be forced to block and then he’ll perform his own kill shot.

i rekon i get alot more top spin, power and higher bounce making it harder to return, all you have to do is follow through a bit more and incorporate your body into it giving it more power.

Nice lesson! Just …
Nice lesson! Just like to say when staying in 90° position with your arm there’s a lot of power going lost because you have to take the power out of your shoulder! For a powefull explosif Topsin with a lot of Spin in it, you need to take the power from your underarm and your handankel as well! The power comes from your legs throuth your body over the shoulder in your underarm and handankel to bee explosiv! Just be sure to get back quick in your start position again!

I prefer to have a bit more movement of the torso, the upperbody. This spinning is a bit too much played with the arm.
