English translations for a two French sayings…?

Toi et Moi and A qui de droit.

The former is both a Namie Amuro song as well as a Pamela [Lajoie] song, and the latter is another Pamela song. Just curious as to what they mean. Thanks in advance!

    A qui de droit = To the person concerned
