Items per auction: 1 (omg please don’t be the person that sells a stack of glyphs lol)

This long CHIS (Charted Heterogenous Inscription System) presentation was built as a complimentary information for the Google Project 10^100’s 30 seconds video entry. An inscription system with purpose to achieve efficiency on functions on multiple levels on multiple dimensions.

I realize that this isn’t a baby question, but you guys are genious when it comes to this stuff, so I thought I’d ask here. We are going to give my brother in law a compass as a wedding gift, and we will have te back inscribed to him and his wife. We want it to say something like "May you always be each others’ compasses in life", but we need a clever (but short) way to say it. Any ideas on a good inscription? You don’t have to use my idea – you can make up your own if you have a good one!

I is – or was – Iasis, everybody’s boi.
You’ve heard of me: Iasis.
My was – not is – the talk of the town.
The whole city knew me.
Most of them had had me. Here I lie,
stretched out full length in death
just as in life.

Old men with beards adored me,
adored me – and how they clawed me.
Wise old geezers wheezed and clutched
my curves: philosophers, rhetoricians, senators -
I had them all.
The not-so-wise, the downright stupid too
all got the hots for me, I’m proud to say.
The riff-raff and the rough fell at my feet
muttering ‘Iasis! Iasis’, their toes in a curl.

It’s a lot to live up to (or down to) I can tell you,
being a hot Narcissus
and a cool Hermes.
All the helping hands on either side,
the all too willing loins and sucking lips
