I just installed the Nancy Drew game Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon and it is repeatedly coming up with a tiny game screen while the rest of the computer screen is blank. I have a normal PC with Windows XP installed, and this is not a normal problem I have encountered. Is there a setting I need to alter on my computer properties, and how may I do this?

For a very old game (which means 5 years) you may have to change the screen resolution.

Right Click on desktop, select properties, settings tab.

Write down the screen resolution to change it back after gaming. Now try a resolution of 800 x 600. You also may have to try 16 bit color if the game still doesn’t look right.

Then start the game. The desktop will look funny but you will change it back after gaming……

I have an old pocket knife that i cant open and on the bit of blade thats visible i can see "HÜSEYIN KAYA" engraved on it. Whats it mean?

It’s Turkish and could be a person’s name.

Spray the blade with WD-40 and you should be able to open the knife.

When you look straight ahead, and go directly to where you ought to be, you have nothing to fear from anybody.

The ‘avec’ is wrong, it shoudn’t be there.

Even with the ‘avec’ removed, parts of the expression are awkward – but this is the meaning.

When I try to use control panel and uninstall Nancy Drew, it says its uninstall exe has encountered a problem. I cant uninstall it. Plz help me!

Nancy Drew is not that easy to get rid of. The left invalid registry entries do cause
malfunction of ur system if u have an unclean deletion.
If ur control panel doesnt help,
1. U can try "Uninstall" function of perfect uninstaller. Find it in the uninstall list, click
"Uninstall" button n follow its wizard.
2. Reboot ur pc>press F8 into safe mode with network>run perfect uninstaller if u have>look at
"Force Uninstall" section of the page.
